Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from Charming Cheetah Boutique.  However, if you need to return an item, please see the following return policy.

Please inspect your order after receiving

Notify us at charmingcheetahboutique@gmail.com or call 479-263-4991 within 3 business days of receiving your package that you will be returning item.

• All return packages must be received within 21 days of the date of original purchase.
• Refunds will be issued in the form of Charming Cheetah store credit.
• Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a shipping error by Charming Cheetah.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• We do not accept items that have been worn, washed, tags removed, have deodorant stains, smell of smoke or perfume, or not received back before the 21-day window from the original purchase date. If this happens, your return will be rejected, and no credit given.
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
• Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• All headwear and jewelry are final sale due to health reasons.
• RETURN LIMIT- 3 returns per customer within a 90 day window
